Cancelling Your Sauna Session
If you need to cancel your booking, we’re happy to help. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
With more than 48 hours’ notice you will receive:
A refund minus a small handling fee (£1 per person for communal sessions, £2 for private sessions).
Rescheduling Your Sauna Session
We understand plans can change. You may reschedule your session under the following conditions:
More than 48 hours’ notice:
We’ll reschedule your session at no extra charge.
Between 24 and 48 hours’ notice:
We can offer to:
Reschedule your session within the next 14 days (subject to availability).
In Case of Bad Weather
We operate in all weather conditions as long as it is safe to do so. However, if the Met Office issues a weather warning for the area where our sauna is located, and you feel unsafe traveling:
- Please notify us no later than 4:00 PM the day before your booking.
- We will issue a full refund to the value of your booking.
If We Cancel Your Session
On rare occasions, we may need to cancel your session due to unforeseen circumstances (such as severe weather, staff illness, or safety concerns). In this case:
- You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
- We’ll notify you as soon as possible via the contact details you provided at booking.
How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule a session, please email us at sauna@niku-naku.com and include the following details:
- Your full name
- The email address used for the booking
- The date, time, and location of your sauna session
- Your preferred option (refund or reschedule)
📩 Please note: We monitor emails between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM and aim to respond as quickly as possible.
📵 We cannot accept cancellations or rescheduling requests via social media.
